Ivey, D.M.D.
Dr. Ivey was one of Los
Angeles premier dentists,
with a client list consisting of some of Hollywood's hottest
celebrities - even an Oscar winner or two. He now maintains a general and family dental practice in Brandon, Florida.
He
was born and raised in Central Florida, attended Wake Forest College
in North Carolina for his undergraduate degree, and received
his degree in dentistry from the University of Louisville
School of Dentistry.
Dr.
Ivey has been practicing dentistry for more than 30 years,
and was one of the first dentists in the country to use
porcelain veneers to correct dental imperfections. His
enthusiasm
for helping clients improve their smiles is backed by his
artistry and technical saavy. Dr. Ivey continues pursuing
perfection by studying and adopting the lastest techniques
in cosmetic dentistry and using the most up to date equipment
possible. Dr. Ivey is nationally
known for his artistry and expertise in cosmetic dentistry, and his patients
have come from all over the world to have their cosmetic dentistry
done by a true professional. In his Los Angeles office, Dr. Ivey has helped many of Hollywood's elite
achieve whiter, more beautiful smiles, including Hollywood greats such as Merv Griffin, Danny Thomas, John Huston, Sharon Stone, and hundreds of others. It has been said that his waiting room in Los Angeles could be compared to the academy award nominees.
Dr. Ivey traded the cold Pacific Ocean for the beautiful West Coast of Florida where the water is warm enough to swim in and boats have actually somewhere to go. His roots are in Florida and the warm climate, warm water, and warm friends brought him back to his homesake. With him, he brings his knowledge and expertise of world class cosmetic dentistry to Florida and is looking forward to new, challenging, and rewarding experiences here.
